App3X and Cover Letter

Emu NL has released an Appendix 3X regarding the Initial Director’s Interest Notice for Mr. Doug Grewar, who joined as a director on 12 February 2026. This notice should have been lodged in compliance with the t+5 disclosure obligation under Listing Rule 3.19A.2. The company and its officers are well aware of the disclosure and notification obligations concerning market disclosures on director-related security movements. Emu NL ensures compliance through director appointment letters and relevant policies such as the Securities Trading Policy and Continuous Disclosure Policy. The company acknowledges the oversight in not initially lodging the notice due to the Company Secretary's urgent family matter; however, the omission has been rectified with the Appendix 3Y lodged today to fulfill the disclosure obligation.
