Our exploration programme at the Yataga Valley Copper Project in North Queensland continues to build a clearer picture of the copper system beneath the Valley, and this update covers progress across drilling, mapping and geophysics.

We've now completed 16 RC holes, and one RC/diamond hole, 26YVRD012, has reached approximately 735 metres testing a priority target where a magnetic low and IP chargeability response overlap beneath the central Valley. As this hole has gone deeper, the geology has become more complex, with multiple intrusive phases, hydrothermal alteration and quartz veining showing up, features consistent with what we hoped to find at this target.

All RC samples are now at the laboratory, and initial assay results from both the RC and diamond drilling are expected from early October. We're also looking at extending the existing 26YVRC015 pre-collar with diamond drilling, as it shows similarities to the upper part of 26YVRD012.

It's worth being clear about what this announcement is, and isn't. These are geological observations from drill logging, not assay results, so they don't tell us anything yet about grade or economic significance. That evidence comes next, once samples are analysed and reviewed.

We're encouraged by how the picture at Yataga is developing across 16 drill holes, surface mapping and geophysical data together, and we're looking forward to sharing assay results as they come to hand.
