The Appendix 3X as prepared in respect of Mr Peter Swiridiuk who was appointed as a director on 27 October 2025 should have been lodged in compliance with the t+5 disclosure obligation under Listing Rule 3.19A.2. He held no securities in the Company on his appointment and had no relevant contracts to declare. The Company and its officers are cognisant and aware of the disclosure and notification obligations relating to market disclosures on director related security movements, including Listing Rule 3.19A and 3.19B. These obligations are addressed in the director appointment letters where they agree to provide the relevant information to the Company so that it can meet its disclosure obligations. The Company also has policies to assist it with complying with its continuous and other disclosure obligations - these requirements are detailed in the Company’s Securities Trading Policy and Continuous Disclosure Policy. The Company is of the view that the current arrangements are adequate, being enforced and that such an omission is unlikely to reoccur. The Company is pleased to announce that it has agreed interim arrangements with Mr Peter Swiridiuk in respect of his appointment as interim Managing Director and CEO. The key terms are as follows: 1. Mr Swiridiuk (or his nominee) will receive remuneration for executive services provided to the Company on the basis of a maximum of $2,500 (exclusive of GST) per day and $1,250 (exclusive of GST) per half-day. 2. The arrangements are able to be terminated by either party on 14 days’ written notice. 3. The interim arrangements are in place until 31 December 2025 (unless they are replaced or extended).
