EMU NL is pleased to invite you to participate in a Non-Renounceable Rights Issue (NRRI) to fund a significant and defining drill programme at the Yataga Valley Copper Project in North Queensland.

A Significant Copper-Silver Discovery. Now Fully Funded to Drill.

The capital raising represents an important milestone for Emu NL as Stage 1 drilling at the Fiery Creek Copper Prospect has confirmed a large-scale copper-silver system within our 850 km² Georgetown Project in North Queensland. This rights issue funds the next phase of drilling to define the scale of this discovery and create long-term value for shareholders.

Eligible shareholders can apply online by clicking the button below and following the instructions.

Participation is voluntary and open to eligible shareholders with a registered address in Australia or New Zealand as at the Record Date (5:00pm WST, 30 March 2026).

The offer is non-renounceable. Entitlements cannot be sold or transferred. If you do not take up your entitlement by the closing date, it will lapse.

Shortfall shares may be allocated at the Directors' discretion, in conjunction with the Lead Broker. There is no guarantee that applications for shortfall shares will be issued in full.
